About Us
We are Luke and Kaitlyn Barry and we are year round residents of Antrim County, Michigan. Together we are raising our three amazing kids and building a life we love, in a place we love - Northern Michigan!
Luke is a former teacher who enjoys problem solving, offering competent solutions and being someone you can depend on! With many years in the trades under his belt, he now focuses full time on meeting client’s needs whether they are home or away. There is no task too small and no price to put on peace of mind.
Kaitlyn has a background in Psychology and Marketing and she’s been putting those skills to work as a Real Estate Agent for the past 8 years. She really enjoys helping her clients navigate the complexities of buying and selling real estate! In addition, she helps with 231 Property Services administratively.
We strive to be dependable and trustworthy and provide value for our clients! In our “free” time, we enjoy the outdoors, time with family and friends, flipping houses and taking trips as a family to new places!
