Our Monthly Maintenance Plan Rates are as follows:
Vacation Homes/Rentals/Large Properties
Summer Season (May 1 – Sept 30) - $249 per month - For that fee we are on call for any issues that may arise. We waive all service call fees (the charge to come out) no matter what time or how many times in a month – We simply charge our applicable hourly rate. Additionally, we prioritize your service calls over our regular schedule. If there is an issue that is not within our scope of work or capabilities we will coordinate with you and call the appropriate repair person/meet the repair person at the property if needed.
Winter Season (Oct 1 – April 30) - $249 per month – For that fee we check on your property weekly at no extra charge (included in the $229/month). We create a checklist with you and go over that checklist each week and keep you informed of the status of your property. If any other services are needed during the winter, the same as summer applies - service calls waived, calls prioritized etc. and simply pay our applicable hourly rate.
Owner-Occupied Only Residences
· Summer Season (May 1 – Sept 30) - $149 per month - For that fee we waive all service call fees (the charge to come out) no matter what time or how many times in a month – We simply charge our applicable hourly rate. Additionally, we prioritize your service calls over our regular schedule. If there is an issue that is not within our scope of work or capabilities we will coordinate with you and call the appropriate repair person/meet the repair person at the property if needed.
· Winter Season (Oct 1 – April 30) - $149 per month - For that fee we check on your property bi-weekly at no extra charge (included in the $129/month). We create a checklist with you and go over that checklist each visit and keep you informed of the status of your property. If any other services are needed during the winter, the same as summer applies - service calls waived, calls prioritized etc. and simply pay our applicable hourly rate.
